Mir ist ein schöns brauns Maidelein
Language: German (Deutsch)  after the Mittelhochdeutsch
Our translations:  CAT DUT FRE ITA
mein Feinslieb macht mich alt.

Dem Mägdlein ich gern dienen will,
wenn ichs mit Fugen kunnt;
darum hab ich der Neider viel,
daß mir nit wird vergunnt.
Ich hoff, sie solls erfahren bald,
wie ichs so treulich mein.
Auf Erd ich mir nichts wünschen wollt,
denn zu sein bei ihr allein.

Dem Maidlein ich mein Treu versprich,
zu Ehrn und anders nicht;
Alls was doch fromm und ehrlich ist,
danach ich stets mich richt.
Sollt denn mein Treu verloren sein,
kränkt mir mein Sinn und G'müt;
ich hoff sie solls erfahren schier,
mein Sach soll werden gut.

Damit will ich dem Maidelein
gesungen haben frei,
zu guter Nacht ein Liedelein,
alls Gut wünsch ich dabei,
damit daß sie gedenkt an mich,
wenn ich nit bei ihr bin.
So b'üt dich Gott im Himmelreich,
ade, ich fahr dahin!

Una formosa donzella bruna
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Una formosa donzella bruna
em fa ballar el cap,
si Déu volgués deixar-me estar al seu costat,
s’esvaniria la meva tristor.
No tinc repòs, ni de dia ni de nit,
a causa de la seva bella figura.
No sé com proposar-li,
el meu dolç amor em fa envellir.

Voldria ser el servidor de la donzella
si en tingués el dret;
però per això hi ha molts envejosos
que no m’ho volen permetre.
Espero que ella s’adoni
que les meves intencions són sinceres.
No desitjo res més a la terra
que d’estar sempre al seu costat.

A la donzella juraré fidelitat
per el meu honor i res d’altre;
tot allò que és just i honorable,
serà el que sempre em dirigirà.
Si es perdés la meva fidelitat,
això feriria el meu esperit i la meva ànima;
espero que ella ben bé se’n adoni
i el meu estat es millori.

Amb això, he cantat
lliurament a la donzella,
una cançoneta desitjant-li bona nit,
i també que tot li vagi bé,
perquè ella pensi en mi
quan no sigui al seu costat.
Que Déu a dalt del cel et protegeixi,
adéu, me’n vaig!
