Gulbės giesmė
Song Cycle by Franz Peter Schubert (1797 - 1828)
View original-language texts alone: Schwanengesang

Säuselnde Lüfte Wehend so mild, Blumiger Düfte Athmend erfüllt! Wie haucht Ihr mich wonnig begrüßend an! Wie habt Ihr dem pochenden Herzen gethan? Es möchte Euch folgen auf luftiger Bahn! Wohin? Bächlein, so munter Rauschend zumal, [Wallen]1 hinunter Silbern in's Thal. Die schwebende Welle, dort eilt sie dahin! Tief spiegeln sich Fluren und Himmel darin. Was ziehst Du mich, sehnend verlangender Sinn, Hinab? Grüßender Sonne Spielendes Gold, Hoffende Wonne Bringest Du hold.

Ateik, padaryk mane laimingu!

Vargas sprunkančiam, Iš pasaulio traukiančiam! Svetimu kraštu keliaujančiam, Tėviškę pamiršusiam, Gimtų namų nekenčiančiam, Džiaugsmą paliekančiam Niekas nepalaimins, ak, Jo kelyje! Širdie besiilginti, Akie ašarojanti, Ilgesy nesibaigiantis, Tėviškėn traukiantis! Krūtine kunkuliuojanti, Skunde nuaidintis, Vakaro žvaigžde mirganti, Beviltiškai nusileidžianti! Jūs, vėjai ošiantys, Bangos švelniai raibuliuojančios, Saulės spinduly skubantis, Niekur nesustojantis: Tą, kuri man su skausmu, ak, Šią ištikimą širdį sudaužė, Pasveikinkit nuo bėgančio, Pasaulį paliekančio!

Ade, Du muntre, Du fröhliche Stadt, Ade! Ade, Du muntre, Du fröhliche Stadt, Ade! Ade, Ihr Bäume, Ihr Gärten so grün, Ade! Ade, Ihr Bäume, Ihr Gärten so grün, Ade! Ade, Ihr freundlichen [Mägdelein]4 dort, Ade! Was schaut Ihr aus blumenumduftetem Haus Mit schelmischen, lockenden Blicken heraus?

Sudie, miela saule, einanti poilsio, sudie! Sudie, mirgantis, šviesus langeli, sudie! Tu spindi taip meiliai blausia šviesa Ir draugiškai kvieti mus į trobelę. Pro šalį, ak, jojau aš kažkada, Ar bus tai šiandien paskutinis kartas? Sudie, mirgantis, šviesus langeli, sudie! Sudie, žvaigždės, apsisiauskite pilkai! Sudie! Langelio blausios, mirgančios šviesos Jūs man neatstosit, nesuskaičiuojamos žvaigždės; Negaliu čia užtrukti, turiu prajot, Kas iš to, kad ištikimai mane sekat! Sudie, žvaigždės, apsisiauskite pilkai! Sudie!

Aš nelaimingas atlantas! Visą skausmų pasaulį, turiu aš nešti, Aš nešu nepakeliamą naštą, Ir nori sudužti mano kūne širdis. Tu, išdidi širdie, tu juk to norėjai! Tu norėjai būti laiminga, be galo laiminga, Arba be galo varginga, išdidi širdie.

Ten stovi žmogus, žiūrėdamas aukštyn, Ir laužo rankas iš sielvarto; Man baisu, kai pamatau jo veidą – Mėnulis parodo man mane patį. Tu, antrininke, tu blyškus palydove! Ko tyčiojiesi iš mano meilės skausmo, Kuris šioje vietoje mane kankino Tokią pat naktį, senais laikais?
