En campaña, madre tocan á leva, vanse mis amores sola me dejan. Apenas del dia se muestra el alva, cuando hace salva la infantería, y la gloria mia cuando el son siente parte incontinente, porque es á leva: vanse mis amores sola me dejan. Quedo cual el dia faltando el sol queda, sin que aliviar pueda la tristeza mia: no quiero alegría si ausente le tengo, y no me entretengo sino con pena: vanse mis amores sola me dejan.
