A‑oo!
Language: English  after the Russian (Русский)
Your tender laughter was a fickle fairytale,
It calls me out of the dream on pipe chimes.
Now my garland of poetry crowns you.
Let's go, let's run, both of us, to the mountainside!
But where are you?
Only the pipes from the top chime...
One flower to another flower light the candle of midday.
And someone's laughter calls to me from the depths.
I sing, I search,
"A-oo!"
"A-oo!"
I cry.
