Rosen, die die Luft mit Düften würzen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): ENG
Rosen, die die Luft mit Düften würzen,
Halme, die im Wind sich flüsternd neigen,
Quellen, die ins Tal sich rauschend stürzen,
Lerchen, die zum Himmel jubelnd steigen,
Junge Herzen, reich an Liebeswonne,
Über allen hoch die Frühlingssonne:
Tretet ein, geöffnet sind die Pforten,
Und ein Paradies ist aller Orten!

Roses that fill the air with spicy...
Language: English  after the German (Deutsch)
Roses that fill the air with spicy scents,
Blades of grass that bow down whisperingly in the wind,
Water-springs that plunge into the valley with a roar,
Larks that rise rejoicingly to heaven,
Young hearts, rich in the bliss of love,
Above all of them the springtime sun:
Enter, the gates are open,
And everywhere there is paradise!
