Brauner Bursche führt zum Tanze
Language: German (Deutsch)  after the Hungarian (Magyar)
Available translation(s): CAT DUT ENG FRE ITA
Brauner Bursche führt zum Tanze
Sein blauäugig schönes Kind;
Schlägt die Sporen keck zusammen,
Csardasmelodie beginnt.
Küßt und herzt sein süßes Täubchen,
Dreht sie, führt sie, jauchzt und springt;
Wirft drei blanke Silbergulden
Auf das Zimbal, daß es klingt.

Le garçon brun conduit à la danse
Language: French (Français)  after the German (Deutsch)
Le garçon brun conduit à la danse
Sa belle amie aux yeux bleues ;
Il fait claquer hardiment ensemble les éperons,
L'air de la csardas commence.
Il embrasse et presse sur son cœur sa douce colombe,
Il la fait tourner, l'entraîne, il jubile et bondit ;
Il lance trois florins d'argent brillants
Sur la cymbale pour qu'elle résonne.
