Bressolen el món perquè s'adormi. Desitjos, vosaltres que us agiteu al cor sense pau ni repòs! Enyorança, tu que l'ànima conmous quan descansaràs, quan t'adormiràs? Amb la remor del vent, dels ocellets, desitjos ansiosos, no us adormireu? Ah, quan el meu esperit ja no voli en les ales del somni cap a daurades llunyanies, quan ja no miri cap els eternament llunyans estels amb ulls frisosos llavors mormolaran el vent i els ocellets la meva vida amb els meus anhels.
