Die Wiege der Freiheit, des Muthes ist dort.
Wohin ich auch wandre, wo immer ich bin:
Auf die Berg', auf die Berge zieht es mich hin!

   Lebt wohl, ihr Berge, bedecket mit Schnee!
Lebt wohl, ihr Thäler, voll Blumen und Klee!
