Ich schalt dich nicht und trank ihn aus: Ich war ja letzter Gast im Haus. Mir gegenüber saßest du, Es fielen dir die Augen zu. Ich dacht': Sie wünscht dich wohl hinaus, Du bist der letzte Gast im Haus. Ich bin der letzte Gast im Haus; Der schöne frische Rosenstrauß, Den ich dir gab beim ersten Glas, Hängt dir am Busen welk und blaß. Nun gute Nacht! Nun gute Ruh'! Und morgen früh wann öffnest du?
