Ich säume liebentlang durchs Morgenlicht, Längst lebe ich vergessen – im Gedicht. Du hast es einmal mir gesprochen. Ich weiss den Anfang – Weiter weiss ich von mir nicht. Doch hörte ich mich schluchzen im Gesang. Es lächelten die Immortellen hold in deinem Angesicht, Als du im Liebespsalme unserer Melodie, Die Völker tauchtest und erhobest sie.
