Y él fue donde su madre y la mató,
le arrancó el corazón y echó a correr,
y corriendo cayóse,





y como al correr se cayera,
el corazón rodó por tierra.





Y mientras el corazón rodaba,
oyó que hablaba el corazón



y el corazón dijo llorando:
