Per el bosc obscur arriba l’hora encisadora del matí de primavera, per el bosc alena des del cel, un suau vaticini d’amor. Feliç, l’escolta l’arbre verdejant i s’endinsa, amb totes les branques, en el bell somni primaveral, en el ple cercle de la vida. Si apareix una flor en algun lloc, esdevé xopa de clara rosada, solitària, tremola contenta de què el cel sigui agraït. En la recòndita nit al fullam, el cor de l’ocell és colpit per el gran poder de l’amor i canta en dolça esperança. Tot aquest art primaveral, no proclama cap mot celestial, només el seu silenciós, càlid esguard, ha abrandat la benaurança; així, dins l’angoixa de l’hivern, que tenia sotmesa l’ànima, el teu esguard silenciós i càlid, amb força primaveral, ha penetrat en mi.
