läßt sich halten nicht und hegen,
quillt heraus in sanfter Macht ...
Ahndevoll auf stillen Wegen
geht der Frühling durch die Nacht.

Cau, cau, pluja de primavera,
plora en la nit silenciosa!
El son resta a tots els camins,
tan sols vetlla el teu fidel poeta...
escoltant el suau, càlid regalim
de la fosca volta del cel,
i, en el fons del seu interior,
s’allibera un ardent devessall
que no es pot aturar ni contenir,
que brolla amb una dolça força...
ple d’averanys, per camins silenciosos,
la primavera travessa la nit.
