Le sommeil s'étend sur tous les chemins,
[seul veille ton fidèle poète]1 ...
écoute le doux , chaud ruissellement
issu de l'obscur dôme du ciel,

un flot brûlant se libère
il ne se laisse ni arrêter ni endiguer
et jaillit avec une douce force ...
Prémonitoire sur les chemins silencieux,
le printemps traverse la nuit.
