Es steht in Deutschland eine Lind' Auf einem Friedhof mitten, Auf dieser alten Linde sind Zwei Herzen eingeschnitten. Sie liebten sich; weiß stand der Klee, Ihr Glück war kaum zu fassen; Doch als die Schwalbe sang ade, Da mußten sie sich lassen.
