Kai kas plaukia pertekliuje, Turi namus, dvarus ir pinigus Bet visada yra pilnas apmaudo Ir nesidžiaugia pasauliu. Kuo daugiau jis turi, kuo daugiau jis nori, Niekada nenutyla jo skundai. Ten pasaulis vadinasi dejonių slėniu Bet atrodo man vis tiek gražus, Turintis džiaugsmų neišmatuojamų, Neleidžiantis niekam vykti tuščiai. Vabalėlis, paukštelis Taipogi turi džiaugtis geguže. Ir mus meilei įkvepia Pievos, kalnai ir miškai, Ir paukščiai čiulba toli ir arti, Taip, kad viskas skamba; Dirbant mums gieda vyturys, Lakštingala saldžioje ramybėje.
