Our translations:  AFR CAT CHI DUT DUT ENG ENG ENG FIN FRE FRI HEB IRI ITA KOR LIT POR SPA
Drüben [hinter'm]1 Dorfe
Steht ein Leiermann,
Und mit [starren Fingern]2
Dreht er was er [kann]3.

[Schwankt]4 er hin und her;
Und sein kleiner Teller
[Bleibt ihm]5 immer leer.

Keiner mag ihn hören,
Keiner sieht ihn an;

Willst zu meinen Liedern
Deine Leier drehn?

O tocador de viela de roda
Language: Portuguese (Português)  after the German (Deutsch)
Lá detrás da vila
Há um tocador de viela de roda.
E com seus duros dedos,
Ele gira o que consegue.

Descalço sobre o gelo
Cambaleia pra cá e pra lá;
E seu pequeno prato
Permanece sempre vazio.

Ninguém quer escutá-lo,
Ninguém olha pra ele;
E os cães rosnam
Ao redor do velho homem.

E ele deixa passar
Tudo, como quiser,
Roda, e sua viela
Nunca está parada.

Velho fascinante,
Devo ir contigo?
Queres acompanhar minhas canções
Girando sua viela de roda?
