Judica me, Deus, et discerne causam meam
de gente non sancta:
ab homine iniquo et doloso erue me.
2 Quia tu es, Deus, fortitudo mea: quare me repulisti?
et quare tristis incedo, dum affligit me inimicus?
3 Emitte lucem tuam et veritatem tuam: ipsa me deduxerunt,
et adduxerunt in montem sanctum tuum, et in tabernacula tua.
4 Et introibo ad altare Dei,
ad Deum qui lætificat juventutem meam.
Confitebor tibi in cithara, Deus, Deus meus.
5 Quare tristis es, anima mea?
et quare conturbas me?
Spera in Deo, quoniam adhuc confitebor illi,
salutare vultus mei, et Deus meus.

et plaide ma cause contre le peuple impie
et délivre-moi des gens perfides et méchants.
2 Car tu es le Dieu de ma force ; pourquoi me repousses-tu ?
Pourquoi me laisses-tu aller en deuil, quand l'ennemi m'oppresse ?
3 Envoie ta lumière et ta vérité, pour qu'elles me guident et me mènent
à ta montagne sainte et à ta demeure,
4 pour que j'aille jusqu'à l'autel de Dieu, jusqu'à Dieu,
qui est ma joie et mon bonheur, et toi mon Dieu ;
sur ma harpe je te remercie, mon Dieu !
5 Pourquoi t'affliges-tu, mon âme
et es-tu si inquiète en moi ?
Espère en Dieu ; car je le remercierai encore,
car il est le salut de ma face et mon Dieu !
