O, comme follement de l'autre côté de la fenêtre se déchaîne et rugit la mauvaise tempête, les nuages accourent, déversant la pluie, et le vent hurle puis se meurt ! Nuit horrible ! Dans une telle nuit je plains ceux qui sont privés d'abri, et la pitié me pousse dehors -- dans les bras d'un froid humide !... Pour braver l'obscurité et la pluie, partageant le lot de ceux qui souffrent... O, comme follement de l'autre côté de la fenêtre Le vent fait rage, puis se meurt !
