Der Vorhang schwebet hin und her Bei meiner Nachbarin. Gewiß sie lauschet überquer, Ob ich zu Hause bin, Und ob der eifersücht'ge Groll, Den ich am Tag gehegt, Sich, wie er nun auf immer soll, Im tiefen Herzen regt.
