Sie fuhr herum, sie fuhr heraus
Und soff aus allen Pfützen,
Zernagt', zerkratzt' das ganze Haus,
[Wollt']⁷ nichts ihr Wüten nützen;
Sie tät' gar manchen Ängstesprung,
Bald [hatte]⁸ das arme Tier genung
