Kleine Blumen, kleine Blätter
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): DUT ENG FRE HUN ITA
Kleine Blumen, kleine Blätter
Streuen mir mit leichter Hand
Gute, junge Frühlings-Götter
Tändelnd auf ein luftig Band.

Zephir, nimm's auf deine Flügel,
Schling's um meiner Liebsten Kleid;
Und so tritt sie vor den Spiegel
All in ihrer Munterkeit.

Sieht mit Rosen sich umgeben,
Selbst wie eine Rose jung.
Einen Blick, geliebtes Leben!
Und ich bin belohnt genug.

Fühle, was dies Herz empfindet,
Reiche frei mir deine Hand,
Und das Band, das uns verbindet,
Sei kein schwaches Rosenband!

Con un nastro colorato
Language: Italian (Italiano)  after the German (Deutsch)
Fiorellini, foglioline
spargono per me con mano lieve
benigni giovani dei di primavera,
scherzando, su un laccio d'aria.

Zefiro, prendilo sulle tue ali
avvolgilo intorno alla veste del mio amore;
ché vada davanti allo specchio
in tutta la sua leggiadria.

Si veda cinta di rose,
ella stessa come una rosa fresca.
Un tuo sguardo, vita mia!
Ed io sono soddisfatto.

Senti quello che prova questo cuore,
porgimi liberamente la mano,
ed il laccio che ci unisce
non sia un debole laccio di rose.
