Want het is als met de  zee,
Zij keert telkens weer terug NA lange uren van eb.
 
Ze keert naar het land terug vol liefde.
Mijn vrijheid zal ik je weer teruggeven.
En de golven keren  uit de verte met geraas terug
naar de geliefde oevers.
