L. Netzel sets stanza 3
A. Carathéodory sets stanzas 2-3
S. Auteri-Manzocchi sets stanzas 1, 3

Remember, when fearful Dawn opens her enchanted palace to the Sun; remember, when pensive night comes dreaming past under her silvery veil, when your breast trembles at the call of pleasure, when the shade invites you to sweet evening dreams. Listen, a voice murmurs deep in the woods: "Remember." Remember, when the fates have parted me from you forever; when sorrow, exile and years have wilted this desperate heart, think of my sad love, think of the final farewell! Absence and time are nought to people in love. As long as my heart beats, it will go one telling you: "Remember." Remember when my broken body sleeps forever under the cold earth; remember when the solitary flower gently opens on my grave. I will not see you again, but my immortal soul will return to your side like a faithful sister. Listen, in the night, to the moaning voice: "Remember."
