Language: Russian (Русский)
Available translation(s): ENG

Travel song
Language: English  after the Russian (Русский)
The columns of smoke boils up, the steamship smokes!
 Colorfulness, revelry, excitement, expectation, rejoycing!
Cheers and rejoices the entire people.
And more rapid, swifter than the will, the train rushes in the clean field.
No, the secret thought even faster flies,
And the heart beating counts as it knocks.
Insidious thoughts are in the middle of the road,
 You whisper involuntarily:
 How long, how long?
Not the air, not the greenery the sufferer beckon.
The clear eyes so vividly burn.
So complete is the bliss of the minute of encounter,
So sweet with hope are the hours of parting.
